Piedmont University holds a site-wide license to the Grammarly@edu, a software program designed to aid students in improving their academic writing skills.
The program analyzes students' works and identifies problems related to contextual spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and style. The program also checks for plagiarism and provides suggested vocabulary enhancements.
This program is available to all faculty and students at Piedmont University.
To set up your account, please follow the instructions below.
1.) Go to the Grammarly Signup Page.
2.) Type your name in the Name field.
3.) Type your Piedmont email address in the Email field.
4.) Create a password and type it in the Password field.
5.) Left-click the Sign Up button.
6.) Check your email for a message from Grammarly containing an activation link and follow the prompts.
